Support alternative production, engineering and maintenance Monitor Overall equipment effectiveness and provide analytical data to call cross functional team to brainstoming and find the root cause, creat aprropiate solution. Create tracking files for record and calculate maintenance inventory system to ensure that spare parts stock levels are at optimum stotage levels. Support to create work flow, design and generate data collection form to collect production information and maintenance information. Lead to reduce waste and improve overall alternative production to ensure production run on highest efficiency and run as smooth.Implement new technology Support new technology development processes (Co-develop) and provide insightful information to development team. Create workflow, design working layout to ensure production can be run as smooth. Create data tracking and data collecting form for monitoring production effeciency. Support data analysis to team for negotiate with customer in each plant on the product quality, specification and requirement. Define flow for problem solving analysis and verify issue/problem, identify the root cause and support implementation of corrective and preventive solution when team found production abnormality during running operation. Also implement control plan related process or product. Analyze data to support throughput improvement initiatives such as productivity, Quality, efficiency, cost and etc. Design production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste. Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues. Develop and implement standardized work, cycle time information, ergonomic processes, and area layouts to optimize manpower and job setup efficiency. Lead improvement projects in various dimension to support overall improvement such as elimination of waste for quality, stock reduction, energy, safety, equipment, material, space savings, carbon reduction, and process efficiency. Generate relevant improvement system such as BOM and Routing. Intitiate new relevant system ECRN, CMC, X-code, R-code and other Implement new process or machine Lead and support project manangement in alternative department. Coordinates and communicates with partners and other relevant agencies (Co-develop) to ensure the implementation of the project. Regularly provides updates on relevant project progress and seeks advice as needed.
