Key Accountabilities: Prototype & File Creation: The CAD Production Design - High Jewelry will translate concepts, and oversee the product functionality, and technical design elements including aesthetic, form, style, details and materials into 3D CAD models, ensuring design for manufacturability, design intent, and quality requirements are achieved during all phases of design development. Plan, create, and develop all 3D CAD models for new products and existing products, reverse engineering, and for all phases of design development in accordance with department best practices, modeling techniques, and team processes to ensure project agility and model quality, taking accountability for project outcomes during all phases of development. Create drawings for components by translating designs into 3D models and/or all components to meet critical requirements for use in Jewelry manufacturing. Job Responsibility(3S or 4J): Responsible for the organization and revision of metrological procedure documents, Sops, and calibration records. Be responsible for the internal calibration of related instruments and meters (weighing, length, thermal, time-frequency, etc.) Interim verification, operation and daily maintenance of standard instruments (weighing, length, thermal, time-frequency, etc.) The submission for inspection, acceptance and report review of external calibration instruments, supplier connection and follow-up handling of problems. Acceptance, calibration and filing of newly purchased instruments. The recovery and record-keeping of idle and scrapped instruments. Other tasks assigned by the leader. Job requirements: Bachelor degree or above. 2 years of working experience in enterprise instrument calibration. Be familiar with the operation and process of measuring instruments, and have relevant metrology training certificates such as a metrologist certificate or an internal calibrator certificate. Understand the ISO 9001 quality management system and have certain experience in dealing with audits. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (WORD, EXCEL, PPT). Good English.
