We are looking for a Store Manager who will bring creativity and leadership to our team. It is necessary you have the desire to help bring our fashion to the future while maintaining the integrity of our brand's past. Reporting to the District Manager, the purpose of this position will be to direct and lead superior retail strategies and perform store operation functions to achieve financial growth and sustained brand equity.

- Hyper-focused on ensuring a seamless consumer experience in store.
- Motivate, mentor, and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer
- Keep the consumer at the core when running operations to deliver optimal consumer service
- Achieve store profit target and minimize loss by implementing profit opportunities and actions to maximize sell out.
- Take ownership of the visual standards and ensuring all Visual Merchandising guidelines (criteria and quantities) are implemented effectively, that all product presentation is maintained according to Levi's standards and guidelines and that the store's commercial needs are met.
- Analyze commercial data, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and teams' performance, and update the Leadership team on action plans to achieve KPIs
- Plans for the day to identify focus areas to drive KPIs, sets the direction for the team and strategically zones employees based on desired outcomes for the day- in-touch with local market and current with omnichannel activities in market.
- Ensure sound inventory management and supervising stock control, mark-downs, and loss-prevention.
- Leverage new tools and processes to drive revenue and improve consumer experience, not forgetting the everyday basic tasks
- Supervise the organization of specific commercial and marketing events in the store
- Build an effective communication channel with various functions in order to share accurate commercial feedback, folow up on business needs and implement potential actions to reach and exceed the achievement of KPIs.
- Ensure that health and safety policy, procedure and store routines are maintained
- Demonstrate and promotes an open-mind & embrace change as a leader : drive adoption of new ways of working and new technologies in store.
- Build strong teams & cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace - encourage employees to be themselves, to add their voice, and recognize/address unconscious bias.
- Implement solutions to retain key talents and build a stable and engaging work environment for the team. Acknowledge people's strengths and deploy them appropriately to reach business outcomes in a way that inspires and excites them to achieve their potential. Give constant on the spot feedbacks coaching on selling ability and customer service to team members
- Ensure effective recruitments of store staff and efficient inductions.
- Work closely with the retail trainers to deliver appropriate trainings and make sure the store team is completing their assigned trainings.
- Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks, accomplishing multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to perform all essential job functions and able to lift up to 40 pounds. While performing the duties of the job the employee may be required to stand, walk, kneel, squat, crouch, bend, stoop, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, to type, reach overhead, and climb ladders. - 5+ years progressive retail leadership experience and 3+ years of proven experience in store management position; exhibits discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy.
