- Minimum bachelor degree in business and/or sales and marketing
- 3+ years of experience in the same or similar job key activities
- Good presentation, communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to run multiple projects at the same time.
- Excellent coordination and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to feel comfortable in a high intensity, KPI driven, sales environment.
- Good command of English skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Participate and execute sales strategy and business development to enhance business growth
- Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships with key partners and gaining insight to the customers needs
- Drive sell-out in collaboration with marketing team through trade marketing promotions and activities, comply with visual merchandising standards, and enhance in-store customer experience
- Monitor and analyze stock in trade and sales reporting relating to domestic retail field.
- Develop and collaborate with the marketing team and external parties, to execute sales & trade marketing plan and ensure all the sales activities, such as product assortment, merchandising, promotion, services are correctly implemented across distribution (retailer / e-retailer site)
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging , brand presence and product pages at the highest level for all channels
- Negotiate and align joint marketing plans with key partners.
- Manage and support the fulfilment need of trade and retail for ad-hoc transfers and delivery planning when necessary.
- Track and analyse business performance to report ROI for each campaigns
- Participate in effectively P&L account management.
- Manages the day to day operations to ensure accuracy and sales planning.
- Regularly visit stores to explore opportunities, review assortment and feedback on display and merchandising.
- All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements.
- Be the face of FOREO, to build a deep understanding of the FOREO brand and accurately represent this to staff and team at all level, providing them with in depth knowledge.
- Create and improve customer service in a specific market, and set standards
- Responding to key clients' needs as well as claims or complains and coordinate with Customer service.
