Job description



  • Delivering Sales objectives, including Net Sales, Spending, and KPIs (UPT, ASP)
  • Handling the activation planning and promotion, NPD launches and other in-store executions necessary to achieve sales objectives and targets.
  • Utilizing sales and customer analysis to identify opportunities for growth and to drive topline sales & win in market share.
  • Building strong partnerships with customers.
  • Conducting joint business plan, monthly and quarterly basis for business review & report with the customer to find any business opportunity.
  • Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class consumer experience.

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and networking skills.
  • Good understanding of Consignment business in Department Stores.
  • Be self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command in spoken and written English
