Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Master of brand identity products, sales & services with skill in Training, creative facilitation, Coaching, Selling
- Know competition, market, clients & trendsin Today's Omni Context
- Define the education strategy in line with the overall brand strategy and Adapt the strategy to each channel
- Lead the digital transformation of the education (Support & upskills the team)
- Pilots & monitors retail education's efficiency (focus on in field practices, E-learning etc.)
- Be an expert on the BA transition in using more digital tools & formats and become in-house influencer
- Designs appropriate learning solutions (with modern digital tools)
- Emphasize on customer experience regardless channels
- Provides personalized follow up & coaching (Connect/Sell/Serve with empathy)
- Animates learning communities with passion
- Know customer profile across all channels and transmits customer centricity (3R+prospects, CXE, NPS)
- Drive service excellence according to brand specificities (both face-to-face, live chat, VDO call etc.)
- Bachelor degree or higher in any fields
- At least 7 years of experience in retail training of selling technique & all Service protocols
- Strong Digital Expertise and Know-how in Training be able to Conduct Offline & Online service tool
- Tech Savvy fluent in key social platforms (LINE, FB, IG, Twitter, Tiktok etc)
- Good English communication and presentation
- Proficient in MS Office
