- Minimum bachelor degree in business and/or sales and marketing
- 2+ years of Marketplace sales or marketing experience a must, other digital marketing, business development, advertising agency experience is beneficial
- Good presentation, communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to run multiple projects at the same time.
- Excellent coordination and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to feel comfortable in a high intensity, KPI driven, sales environment.
- Good command of English skills.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Can use Adobe Photoshop (optional)
- Participate and execute sales startegy including product assortment and merchandising strategy in marketplaces to enhance business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners.
- Define and execute a yearly trade plan on marketplace.
- Drive sell-out in collaboration with marketing team through trade marketing promotions and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging, brand presence and product pages at the highest level for all channels.
- Maintain standards of product merchandising online / copy, imagery, usage
- Negotiate and align joint marketing plans with key partners.
- Manage and support the fulfilment need of trade and planning when necessary.
- Track and analyse business performance to report ROI for each campaigns
- Participate in effectively P&L account management.
- Manages the day to day operations to ensure accuracy and sales planning.
- All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
