He/She has responsibility to successfully coordinate new products' introduction & projects in Asia Export Lab. All our actions must serve and be in line with the Group's sustainability goals and mission - improving lives by improving sight. Roles & Responsibilities: To support & analysis new products & project introduction process in Export Laboratories with setup & operational teams: Supply Chain, Logistic, Quality, Engineering, IT, Finance etc.Ensure requesters' needs are met in a timely and effective. Keep the requester and others concerned informed about status and issues that may impact.Support new product / new flow analysis from AEL Key account (C3/Business requirement project) and follow-up internally among related team (setup and validation activities). New Product documentation & Reporting to ensure the setup is correct and shared with stakeholders. Support the preparation and maintenance of general product information packages in the internal portal and transfer knowledge to internal teams and AEL labs. New Product Planning: Act as the central point with internal team to plan, evaluate and prioritize new product setup, non-Rx flow management. Work together with project manager (C1/C2) to manage strategic project of company business to be launched on time also coordinate and follow-up internally among related team (setup and validation activities). To be the contact point and support operational team for day-to-day issues relating to new product project. Communicate new ideas to improve current processes with positive attitude. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's Degree in engineering or any related field. Experience in new product introduction process in multinational manufacturing is preferable. Projects Management experience (in particular: communication management [Organization and Negotiating skills], time management). Capable of managing multi-tasks at the same time. Proficient with MS office programs (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.) Good written and spoken in English. Skills: Strong project management skills. Problem solving & Decision making. Work under pressure. Willing to learn & Fast learner.

Coordinate with production to get the capacity. Coordinate with NPI and maintenance team to get the capacity impact related with project and maintenance activity. Create production scheduling for production according to demands receive and base on production constraints. Manage, monitor and control production output according to the plan. To monitor inventory flow from DC & receive back to DC are based on scheduling plan. Day to day issue follow-up with production and DC. Work closely with procurement to monitor consumable for production and DC. Submit assigned daily WIP simulation, weekly report, and monthly indicator report. Ensure proper procedures and internal controls are in place. Attend the daily and weekly meeting to report the results and discuss further steps (if need) Perform other duties as assigned Comply with law regulation and ISO management system related to company (ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001), manage the related audit or participate to them if appropriated. Must have Required skill and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science or any related filed.
