Coordinate with production to get the capacity. Coordinate with NPI and maintenance team to get the capacity impact related with project and maintenance activity. Create production scheduling for production according to demands receive and base on production constraints. Manage, monitor and control production output according to the plan. To monitor inventory flow from DC & receive back to DC are based on scheduling plan. Day to day issue follow-up with production and DC. Work closely with procurement to monitor consumable for production and DC. Submit assigned daily WIP simulation, weekly report, and monthly indicator report. Ensure proper procedures and internal controls are in place. Attend the daily and weekly meeting to report the results and discuss further steps (if need) Perform other duties as assigned Comply with law regulation and ISO management system related to company (ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001), manage the related audit or participate to them if appropriated.
