As the Administrative Officer of YETI's Asia Innovation Center, you'll manage day-to-day operations of the Asia Innovation Center, providing essential support to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication within the organization. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, multitasking, and being a helpful resource for the team. You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks including managing visit schedules of employees and/or suppliers, maintaining the facility such as stocking office supplies and food, as well as assisting with budgeting, record-keeping, and event planning. The Asia Innovation Center is a critical part of the Global YETI team and is critical to the success of creating, launching, and sustaining products. This position will report into the Sr. Manager of Validation Engineering and Innovation (Site Manager) and requires to be onsite daily at the Asia Innovation Center outside Bangkok, Thailand. Responsibilities: Coordinate with Operations and Engerineering teams to support logistics and deliveries of product samples and equipment. Help label, stock, and organize samples as needed in the warehouse. Monitor, source, purchase, and replenish all office supplies, machinery, and equipment, coordinating with vendors as needed. Act as the primary liaison with building management and internal facilities teams to resolve AV, maintenance, and space planning needs. Manage time tracking and leave application process for all Thai employees where needed including collecting timesheets, resolving basic timekeeping issues, and verifying data accuracy prior to submitting to payroll. Assist in managing expenses and budgets, ensuring all claims are supported with proper invoices. Coordinate with all visitors for any travel needs such as invitation letters, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangement for smooth travel to/from Thailand. Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms where needed and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings. Support onboarding process of new hires with desk setup, orientation materials, and employee documentation such as payroll setup. Develop business relationships with and provide general administrative support to various departments and peers. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance office culture through proactive engagement and support. Lead coordination of office-wide events and team engagement initiatives that reinforce YETI's culture and values. Qualifications and Attributes: Minimum of 2 years administrative experience. Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear communication and documentation. Comfortable lifting and moving boxes up to 15kg. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. DAY to DAY OPERATION Payment process: Responsible for the whole payment process and payment support for transactions in pay-cycle period which is included Ensure the approval of payment for the appropriate payment method and threshold Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all payment documents in a timely manner, checking the WHT rate and execute fund transfers, wire transfers, and other cash transactions as required. Collecting the payment supporitng documents to support the report Review all the payment-related reports i.e. overdue reports and reconcile the balance reports against the general ledger. Control and manage all of the payment team's documents such as payment vouchers, including preparing the checklist and distributing the documents for storage outside the company. Provide estimated payment amount for cash forecast. Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise during transactions. A/R processes: Prepare and verify trade and non-trade sale invoices to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all supporting documents prior to posting transactions in the system. Nice to know Reporting to Head of Human Resources, the main goal of this position is to partner with key business leaders, Site Financial Controller, C&B, Regional HR Controller and HR Services in translating business strategy, collecting and translating HR, Finance and Production data into insights for the site and HR Organization. My day at EssilorLuxottica HR Business Partner · To partner with key stakeholders in driving transformation, change management, talent management, total rewards, workforce planning, employee engagement and employee relation and providing consultation related to HR matters · To ensure compliance with corporate policies and guidelines · Facilitate and enhance employee experience throughout employee journey including onboarding, developing and retaining. HR Controller · To partner with Finance and site heads in analysis of HR data · To partner with HR Service, Corporate C&B and Global HR Controller to drive improvement initiative and standardization of HR Reporting which provide useful insights for the stakeholders including Finance, Site heads and HR stakeholders. · To act as the cost control for HR function including HR OPEX and Labor Cost · To lead Site Headcount review and Salary Cost monitoring. Must have · At least 10 years of working experience in HR Analytics, C&B, HRIS or HRBP with exposure in manufacturing environment and multinational company. · Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise · Ability to present to an executive at a business level · A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations, familiar with matrix organization working environment · Ability to develop relationships and build rapport with employees at all levels · Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skill.
